The Challenge
With a newly overhauled online ordering platform and experience, Mellow Mushroom wanted to add lifecycle email marketing to its overall email marketing strategy. Both Mellow Mushroom and HyperDrive could see the value in pivoting from data-rich to data-driven.
The Approach
HyperDrive went to work building out a lifecycle email marketing strategy to meet guests where they are in their lifecycle with Mellow Mushroom. The strategy had several messaging tracks, including Prospects, Onboarding, Active, and Lapsed. It was built around addressing guests’ ordering habits both in the restaurants and also through online ordering. This program was built within the Personica/Fishbowl marketing platform.
