The Challenge
LaRosa’s Family Pizzeria was sitting on a mountain of first-party data collected over time from phone, online, and mobile app orders. Both LaRosa’s and HyperDrive could see the value in leveraging data through a data-driven lifecycle marketing strategy. The challenge was how to start chipping away at the mountain.



The Approach
HyperDrive went to work sifting through millions of data points and built out a multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategy that included email marketing and SMS marketing touchpoints. The goal was to meet Guests where they are in their lifecycle with LaRosa’s. This resulted in several messaging tracks, including Prospects, Onboarding, Active, At-risk, Win-Back, and Surprise and Delight. HyperDrive also developed a scoring model that informs offer types, offer value, messaging content, and messaging cadence. This program was built within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
